EEA_AQ_eReporting and MITECO data for 2023

@dbowdalo , there are several ongoing projects in AC that need to make use of 2023 AQ observations for evaluation purposes in Spain.

We checked the GHOST database and right now the EEA_AQ_eReporting network is only processed until beginning of 2022. Similarly, the MITECO network is only processed until end of 2020.

We started some preliminary evaluation works using the non-GHOST EIONET database, which is available for 2023 but has not metadata and therefore we cannot apply filters in Providentia.

Can you or someone else from the Observation WG download and pre-process the EEA_AQ_eReporting and MITECO networks for 2023 so that we can perform the evaluation works?
