Possible metadata mix-ups in some border stations?

while reviewing some air-quality station metadata in GHOST v1.5, I noticed a few stations with mismatched information. For example, the station FR0012R_UVP (in the file sconco3_200506.nc, hourly) has the code FR and its coordinates are in France, but some metadata fields correspond to Spain instead (country = Spain, administrative areas = Navarre / Provincia de Navarra) and so on.

I have seen similar cases in other years or pollutants, such as STA-FI00273_CL(IMC) and CH0046A_CL(IMC). The pattern seems to be happening for stations close to international borders.
