Add operational metadata

@molid @cmeikle @eemili In the next version of GHOST we plan to add any necessary metadata that is needed/wanted for operational purposes, for example VRA/IRA classifications or any thing of this type.

Could you please add anything here you would like us to process (and where to find the metadata), and we can start preparing the processing?
