Remote fake node tutorial has cells out of order

Someone doing the tutorial noticed that the platforms.yml was created after autosubmit create. Changing the order, and adding bsc_user (not defined) fixed and the whole remote fake nodes tutorial worked. Creating an issue so I don't forget it 👍
