Time selection list in events form is long

Hi @mconde

It's a minor issue that basically affects only the editors, but if it's not complicated for you, could you make a bit easier the selection of time in the events form?

Right now, it's a dropdown list with the hours in intervals of 5min, which makes the list really long and requieres a lot of scroll to find the time you're searching for. Could we have the option to type the hours and the minutes, or could you use intervals of 30min so that the list becomes a bit shorter?
