Addon uninstall does not remove the view method that has been added to the Folder content type

In the default installation profile, the view method "product_list" is added to the property "view methods" using the file with path "profiles/default/Folder.xml"

I created a file to uninstall this view but it is not working. The file path is "profiles/uninstall/Folder.xml"
