[documentation] Provide examples for CLIs using command-line and Python

We need to provide example CLI calls with curl/wget, and Python for users. These examples must demonstrate how a user can query for resources using the API with and without authentication. Maybe point out that some results may be paginated (showing how a user paginates the results may not be necessary).

This would be useful for DestinE + dashboards, or EDITO + SURF GUI, for instance.
