[enhancement] Extending profiler functionality to create and monitor functions

A possible next step to extend the capability of the profiler would be to cover other functions such as create and monitor, in addition to the run function. This requires a prior study to ensure compatibility between the components of these functions and the libraries used in the profiler module.

I plan to start working on it from August 14, in a new merge request, reopening the "profiler" branch.
