Include 3.15.19 fixes in the migrate command of >4.1.X

In 3.15.19, I implemented a set of fixes in order to make the migrate offer work with marenostrum5.

I believe that from the 3.15.19 fixes, we only have to rescue the change of the mv command for a rsync, but we should take a look at the other changes.
