Wrappers do not upload additional_files

Summary

For a job (on a Slurm) platform can use and process additional files. If this job is packed in a wrapper, the additional file(s) will not be uploaded to the remote platform and thus cannot be processed.

Steps to reproduce

Wrap a Slurm job with additional files into a wrapper and start the job.
