Variables reference from Platform variables

To use the USER variable from platforms_xxx.conf in other files I have tried to use %MareNostrum3_USER%, %MARENOSTRUM3_USER% and %HPCUSER% and this last one is the only one that works.

If I want to use some variables from other platforms I can't do this.
