Create Autosubmit container installation

As it was discussed in the last dev meeting, would be useful to have a container recipee with Autosubmit deployed inside, this will improve portability and deployment in other infraestructures in the long run. in principle we can create a docker container.

• generate container recipe
• parametrize container with branch and dependencies (if possible)
• upload recipe to Autosubmit repository with proper Readme with deploy/usage instructions
