Draft: 4.1.12 Release branch ( dev first ) -> Fix processors.name when using wrappers

Using this branch to do a dev release

• Contains all stuff merged in the master branch
• Contains 4.1.11-zombies branch ( this is pointing to !475 )

I've done some run tests, and I detected one issue related package when it is not a wrapper under slurm platform

Will use this branch to fix it so as to not mess with !475 review
