Draft: Provenance features (beyond archiving)

• Parse the "provenance" argument to create an RO-Crate ZIP file without requiring the experiment to be archived. Example of use: autosubmit provenance --rocrate expid

• If an rocrate.yml file is present in the /conf folder and, consecuently, specified in the YAML configuration, autosubmit will automatically generate the RO-Crate ZIP file after running the experiment. Each time the experiment is executed, the corresponding ZIP file will be stored in expid/tmp/ASLOGS.
