[IMPORTANT] log files from logistic regression method

Those who have used LogisticReg() function I ask you to DELETE or take specially care of the log files generated after submitting jobs to nord3v2.

They are big-sized.

Future developments of LogisticReg() should include the parameter 'silent' in some functions.
