Correct functions following lintr checks

Many functions can be improved following lintr checks:

• CSIndicators lintr checks

Recommendations:

• I think we can prioritise the functions that have been recently used and developed
• Also we will prioritise the new future functions in the package
• Once all the things will be corrected, we can take a look on the NULL tags in .lintr config file
