Differences between CST_TotalTimeExceedingThreshold and CST_TotalSpellTimeExceedingThreshold

Nadia has reported some differences between CST_TotalTimeExceedingThreshold and CST_TotalSpellTimeExceedingThreshold.

The one for Spell does not include na.rm parameter. The results for spell = 1 to CST_TotalTimeExceedingThreshold were different.

Could you check these behaviours?
