Roadlinks missing segments

Hi!

The Air Quality Services team has been conducting experiments with auto-caliope-urban over a specific time period. During these tests, we noticed a clear difference between the input roadlink shapefile and the output shapefile generated by hermesv3_bu (see Figure: the input shapefile is shown in green, while the output shapefile is shown in pink).

We have noticed that several segments are missing in the output shapefile, and we are not sure what the main cause of this issue could be. Initially, we thought it might be related to the filter previously mentioned by @mguevara, which removes road segments with AADT < 500. However, some of the missing segments actually have an AADT greater than 500, so this filter does not fully explain the discrepancy.

While I understand that the filter is applied to reduce the computational demands of the model, I would like to know if there is an option to bypass or disable it, so that all road segments are included. Additionally, if there are other possible explanations for why these segments might be excluded, we would appreciate any guidance.

So far, the only reference I have been able to find is an alternative shapefile where this filter seems to have already been applied. However, I have not been able to locate the specific script or step in the workflow where this filtering is performed.

If you have any recommendations, insights, or guidance on this matter, I would greatly appreciate it.
