Reproducibility
I ran the testing suite with the master branch of Auto-CALIOPE urban, and the results are slightly different (maximum difference of about 0.5 ug/m3). I compared the outputs from HERMES_BU, and the netCDF files are different:
The master branch of Auto-CALOPE-urban is not using the latest master version of HERMESv3_BU, so I will change it and run some tests again. If the results continue to differ, I will open an issue in the HERMESv3_BU repository.
