Create pre-processing files for HERMESv3_GR

I would like to generate the pre-processing files for the following dataset: /esarchive/recon/ecmwf/cams_reg_apv81_cao3_scenarios/original_files/csv/CAMS-REG-v8_1_scen_CLE_emissions_year2030.csv.

Could you please advise me on the steps I should follow?
