saving the intermediate information of sector-specific emissions in HERMES

Would it be possible in a future version of HERMES to keep somewhere the intermediate information of emissions per sector? More and more we will need ensemble of MONARCH simulations with perturbation on emissions (for source apportionment, planning, or AI training dataset generation), typically on sector, and having access to this information would be extremely useful to avoid running several times HERMES for each sector. Please let me know what you think, thanks
