Preprocess maintenance

Create new hermes_gr_preprocess CLI structure similar to NES, that can accept multiple options/configurations depending on the purpose cams_reg, cams_glob, etc.

The structure should be: hermes_gr_preprocess cams_reg --option1

Update the preprocess functions to use NES and the same conda environment. Then, add preprocess to CLI.
