Point Source Not Working for CORSO Emissions Experiment v3.0.3

@ctena, I am experiencing an issue with the point source not working as expected while running CORSO emissions. I am not getting any emissions for any pollutant.

sbatch and output logs are on:

 /gpfs/scratch/bsc32/bsc143869/hermes_gr

EI_config is located at:

 `/gpfs/scratch/bsc32/bsc143869/hermes_gr/Kuwait/conf/EI_config_d1_kuwait_CORSO.csv`.

The output file generated is /gpfs/scratch/bsc32/bsc143869/hermes_gr/Kuwait/HERMES_OUT/HERMESv3_2025010100_d01_CORSO.nc. However, the file is empty, and there are no errors reported in the log.
