MONARCH entry at the BSC website

preparing the MONARCH section for the @Dust_Barcelona website, I found that on the BSC website, there is a section about software developed at the centre, such as Autosubmit

Maybe, for distributing information about the MONARCH model code (but also some additional information about publications, projects...), it can be better to have a BSC link that points to the GitLab and other resources.
