new_maskglo for NEMO3.6

Hello @vguemas , @cprodhomme , @eexarchou , @pabretonniere

I'm trying to upgrade ocean_diagnostics for NEMO3.6. I have the mesh/mask files, but not the new_maskglo files. Can someone tell me how to generate those files from the global mask? I understand new_maskglo is a set of oceanic masks for subregions, but don't know how to create them.
