The four mode are working on mn4 and hpc2020.

output comparison A brief visual comparison input and output comparison shows that for the AMIP, CO2BOX and CO2FLUX_Carbon_tracker looked okay. The output of the Co2FLUX_CEDS for veg, fire, and ocean are identical, which shouldn't be. The CO2FLUX mode in parent branch data-coupler has same issue.
