Function to compute reliability according to Weissheimer and Palmer (2014)

I have done a function which computes the reliability scores according to
Weisheimer, A. and T.N. Palmer (2014), On the reliability of seasonal climate forecasts. J. R. Soc. Interface, 11 (96) 20131162, doi: 10.1098/ rsif.2013.1162.
Is that something useful for s2dverification, even though its a probabilistic measure? The function computes the reliability for different classes but does not plot the reliability diagram, which I have been doing with Specs-Verification.
