Scorecards output format: Include region name when saving forecast figures

Hi @vagudets,

I'm working on the dev-test_bigpredidata branch using this script and recipe, and launching the seasonal forecast with Jenkins via your recipe maker.

As this is part of the operational for BigPrediData and BOREAS, I would also like to automatise the process of the shiny reading and loading the new figures that are being produced with every new forecast. All the info needed to display the forecast in the shiny appears either in the name of the file or as a subfolder:

At the moment it is: /esarchive/scratch/ptrascas/R/dev-test_bigpredidata/sunset/recipe_bigpredidata_oper_oper_20250501/plotsECMWF-SEAS51/ERA5/bias/tas/forecast_most_likely_tercile-20250501_rpssmask_ft01.png

Could we edit the script for saving adding $Region in the output folder either the name of the file or create a new subfolder with this name in the output?
