Use ERA5 tasmax f24h instead of f1h in conf/archive.yml

Hi @vagudets @nperez @ptrascas @vtorralba,

I am opening this issue to suggest a change in file path for obs tasmax data in conf/archive.yml.

I have been doing some analysis into the monthly mean ERA5 tasmax data, which when loaded with SUNSET gives values much lower than the hcst (ECMWF S5) data. The current path of the ERA5 data has a frequency of 1 hour: /esarchive/recon/ecmwf/era5/monthly_mean/tasmax_f1h-r1440x721cds, whereas ECMWF S5 has a frequency of 24 hours: /esarchive/exp/ecmwf/system5c3s/monthly_mean/tasmax_f24h/.

Here is a timeseries of the data loaded in SUNSET, comparing ERA5 and ECMWF S5 for a grid point in Granada for the month of August. As you can seen the ERA5 values seem too low for August.

The ERA5 data looks more realistic when using tasmax with frequency of 24 hours: esarchive/recon/ecmwf/era5/monthly_mean/tasmax_f24h-r1440x721cds:

Since the f1h tasmax data takes the mean of the maximum temperature of every hour, the values are much lower. It would therefore seem better to use the f24h tasmax, as is the case for the hcst data.

Cheers,

Nadia
