Dev probs to fix extreme visualization and plot extremes

Hi @abojaly, @vtorralba and @vagudets

This morning @abojaly reported that the Probabilities() from Skill module were not able to plot extreme probabilities.

This afternoon @vtorralba reported that she may use this function for a specific case but with absolut thresholds.

I have included a new functions Probabilities() under the Skill folder. To use it, you need to source it after Skill.R

The test I did using the use case 1.1, worked to plot extreme probabilities based on percentiles. I haven't discovered yet why it does not plot the example for absolute thresholds.

What is still missing is a function to calculate the category limits, but I am not sure if this is currently needed.

We can talk about it. We will also need to modify the unit test if we like this development.
