Update output_size for the Catalonia region

Hi @nperez and @vagudets

I've updated the ouput_size file to work with the current functions included in the Visualization module.

There are some parameters that should be adjusted depending on the grid you are employing, but this is one example working for my case.

I attach here the recipe I used and one of the outputs. I will open a separate issue in esviz to discuss with you and other people how to improve the plots for this region.
