Apply OpenDP to the Wrapper Impact's Methodology and Check if Conclusions Hold

In today's meeting, Gladys suggested to utilize #25 in one of Feitelson's workloads and check if our conclusions hold. This, in it by itself, would be a small paper that could motivate the broader community of to implement OpenDP tools and approaches.
