Porting Cmorization to Fugaku

In order to test all the wrapping tools #40, I need to port the application to Fugaku.

ece2cmor3 provides a conda environment to easily install, but I have found three packages that are not available for linux-aarch64: CMOR, pyngl, and CDO.

I am thinking into installing from source. But that will greatly harm the reproducibility of the results... The best option would be to create packages for aarch64 linux for these packages.
