wrap hpcw

I saw on Martí's auto-hpcw repo, that the hpcw repo is public (finally!).

So I will make it run (but much simpler). Maybe I will copy Martí's compile and run script and build a wrapper to run with hyperqueue, flux, and compss with it.

This will most likely take me the whole month 😬
