Extended header and tailer for Autosubmit 4

Here I have addressed your concerns on the merge request !366 (closed): essentially I have added support for all the other script types.

I was mostly entertained with making the test function, which I believe is covering all branches of the execution of my function 😄 and actually using Autosubmit's normal execution. I have taken Aina and Bruno's test for the reservation key as a reference, where they actually build a .yml file to feed Autosubmit, read the parameters. Then I build the scripts using check_script and build_script functions, which are the ones used in Autosubmit.

I think that is enough coverage for this case, but if you identify any other source of potential problems, that it would be nice to test.2
