Autosubmit no longer submits jobs without keeping track of them, which would only happen when other ready jobs for the same platform had a QoS error. ( Misconfiguration for Invalid queue, cores... job resources in general.  )
     All horizontal-vertical wrappers that use the standard machine files will now work when using multiple wrappers.
    Autosubmit now correctly cancels the jobs due overclock. Remind that all jobs use their wallclock value even if they don't use a scheduler.
    Some of these fixes were already on v3.15.0b. We decided to propagate them because they can waste queue time/resources.
