• LazyData removed from DESCRIPTION:

  'LazyData' is specified without a 'data' directory

• Test error for dimension in time_dim versus threshold dims All ExceddingThreshold functions reviewed
• Examples size reduced:

** running examples for arch 'x64' ... [144s] NOTE Examples with CPU (user + system) or elapsed time > 10s
