Possibility of climatological forecast without cross-validation

We have included the possibility of building the climatological forecast (when ref=NULL) without using cross-validation. This will be controlled by the new parameter clim.cross.val. The code was already developed, but we removed the possibility of building it without cross-validation when we include the cross-validation. I have modified the documentation accordingly, also including the definition of the climatological forecast and how it is built.
