Improve README and add examples

This branch is to improve the training material of this package. The changes will be:

  • Improve README with updates of new functions and improve 's2dv_cube' description
  • Add image of an 's2dv_cube'
  • Add examples in usecase file regarding operations with 's2dv_cube'
